Choices of TIME
As we have 22 votes for afternoon, we will go for afternoon. We could have the party for 2.5 hr, e.g. from 2:30-5pm. YMCA can give the room to us 0.5 hr earlier for us to start decorating, so, the helpers could come at 2pm helping out the decoration.

Choices of DATE
We have 37 votes for Jul 2, 38 votes for Jul 9, and 29 votes for Jul 16. Just called YMCA and Jul 16 has been booked by others, so, what left is Jul 2 and Jul 9. Please vote for Jul2 or Jul9 again!!

Choices of PLACE
We will go for YMCA (LINK) (about $98+10% service charge) as we have 28 votes for it. When you see the floor plan under the LINK, 4/F is all booked by the church, so, we could only have 3/F rooms. If we plan to occupy the whole 3/F rooms, we need to have min. 100 adults+childs. We need to pay 50% of the total as deposit to hold the 3/F rooms for the date that we choose.

Note: price quoted is food only, not included money for games/prizes/decoration/souvenirs yet

Note: let's limit no. of people to 100 first. For those register after 100th adult/child, will put into waiting list
