ie name <new surname>
or name <new surname + maiden name>
what about the chinese name in the ID card?

I just added his surname in front of my maiden name, much more convenient for me as I am living in HK but when we moved back to Australia, I want my aussie passport to have my husband's surname only...
My Chinese name remains the same.
