I don't know why in Indonesia, they rebel Chinese.
Now, in HK, those Indonesian maids still take advantage of Chinese.
We consume so many tax-payers' $$$ (labour-dept, court) on the maid. What's for? Why in Singapore, maid's pay is much lower than HK and no holidays, but why no maids dare to sue!!!!
Why HK people have to suffer!!!!
They lie, they win. We say the truth, we lose! What kind of logic?????
I called labour dept and they said if I got a signed receipt from the maid, it is a valid proof already. But some people told me, the maid would say that I force her to sign, any comment?

The maid sue me that I didn't give her food and proper place to sleep!!! She has her own bedroom and washroom (we rarely use her bathroom as she is pretty dirty). How can I prove it?
However, she didn't sue me for underpaid as she did send a lot of $$$ to her family before!!!! I think she realized that point.
They are pretty smart in lying! If they use their smartness at work, sure HK employer don't mind to pay them more! However, with such quality, it is not worthy to pay!!!!
Being working mom, we are busy with work and our families, no time for us to think of anything to trick maid! On the other hand, they have a lot of free time chatting on the phone and can trick us easily!
In other words, it is not fair! No wonder HK's economy is getting worse as HK spent too many resources on overseas maids!
I went to immigration office (oversea DH seciont) this afternoon and 85% of seats are occupied by maids! They sit there chatted and enjoy the air-condition!
