it just doesn't look right..........

the leather seems to be Togo but less stiff, perhaps clemence but with too much sheen..........
and definitely not chevre nor swift

The B and K are of such high demand now that Hermes is trying to sell as much non-bag items as possible before they offer the B or K. So I will not be surprised that nowadays you will need to have spent at least that kind of money before getting a B. To become a VIP, you will probably have to spend much more than that, show a pattern of regular purchases of non-bag items at the shop, and to look like someone that fits their brand profile.

The "rules of Hermes" have changed alot over the years, due to its increasing popularity.

即係做得vip不單要成日幾十萬埋單買non-bag items，仲要係有頭有面既人....
真係一般small potatos 望塵莫及...

no it was supposed to be "soft leather" and box leather Kelly's were popular before not in recent years so it is very unlikely for blue hydra box.

as for barenia I have no idea if Kelly's come in this leather

其實前兩年買Ｂ都不太難. 我在2010 & 2011分到買咗兩個B, 之前冇特別去買accessories 或同SA打關係. 兩個都係排 wait list 排翻來. 排咗唔夠一年. 當時是超級surprised!

但現在冇wait list ...就難好多. 不敢去水貨店 or online reseller, 一係就要去Japan or Europe 碰運氣, 一係在HK同SA打關係, 買好多D其他嘢 ... 上次去上海先知原來那店是H全球第四大分店 (according to the SA). Wait list for B and K still opens. 不過有稅, 要俾多20% ...:;pppp:
