I think it quite the opposite. I drive everyday, and have been driving since 16 years old. The worst I have experienced are male drivers, esp. professional drivers whose jobs are driving. They could be really rude, make sharp cut without giving you signal, not willing to give way, drive without stop at roundabout even they have to give right to those coming from their right, have no tolerance on less fast speed by pressing horn....
On the contrary, most female drivers are driving for domestic purpose,e.g. sending kids to schools, hence, more behaved; Or they are aware that they they're not good at driving, hence they pay more attention and are more cautious on the road conditions.
So crazy drivers mostly are male who often create troubles in HK. Seldom you see female crazy drivers. Those female drivers whom ppl meant are troublesome is just because of their weak determination on the road conditions and unfamiliar with the traffic. But these usually don't cause much trouble in the end. While the really crazy ones could cause fatal accidents...
