Hello Dr. Mickey,
Read your message, how did you get to the private ward? I heard that private ward actually charge the same as private hospital, so how much did you pay?
By the way, which hosipital did you deliver your twins? I plan to go QMH.
Thanks !!

my twins are 4 months old and they are 異卵雙胞胎.
Delivered at 37w4d by c-section at govt hospital. Both were full term and wt 6 pounds each... no need to go to paedi for checking...
I've an elder son also and so I have 3 kids now...
no need to worry laaa... like other BK mums said, most important thing is to get enough support to carry the twins...
don't believe the rumours yet...
my twins will not cry together, they will drink milk one by one...
one asks for milk while the other takes a nap... and vice versa
they sleep well at night since 2 months old.
--------------
In the beginning of preg... I worried much ... adn my tummy grew bigger much faster than other singleton preg... I started my sick leave at week 28 coz of pubic pain and then admitted to hospital for rest at week 33 till delivery.
I delivered my elder son at private hospital but this time, coz 1. save $$ coz private charges more than double for twins... 2. Governemtn hospital will provide more services to twins mum...3. if something happens during labour in the private hospital (u know, twins pregnancy is much risky)...the private doctor will immediately call the ambulance and push you to government hospital... (my colleague was an example...which made her very angry + :-( )...in that sense, why don't u go to hosptial...
Government hospital is good. It was the Consultant doctor be my doctor in charge, very experienced and nice... the nurses are good... when I back to home, I just spent a much lesser amount of what I planned for all three. (twins + me and we all in private ward)
As I was 37 weeks last week, my Dr. suggest cesarean on Apr 13 (i.e 38w3d) as they have already gained enough weight. Very excited and look forward to see them soon.
