Family Tax benefit 是for family with kid , 當 ...
making more claim is just a term.
end up is taxpayer with a bigger family, (wife is not working, more kids) end up in total (no matter paying tax or getting FTB) have more money.
like in hk, if the wife is not working, husband gets the wife quota, more kids with more quotas. end up pays less tax.
