I have asked two health shops about the fish oil (魚油). Both shops said that there are a few brands of the fish oil but basically the two big brands are from Good Health and Nutricia (Efalex). Both shops also said that Efalex is the best brand in fish oil cos' this brand did a lot of researches on that (over 22 years of research). The Good Health one cost : NZD29.95 (200ml liquid) and Efalex cost: NZD63.90 (460ml liquid). Usually for kids over 3 years old but it is ok for under 3 years old if taken with food.

Hi mums, [size=large]Here are some recipes for play:
Play dough (for 2-3 kids):
1 cup water (approx.)
1 cup salt
a little food colouring or powder paint
2 cups flour
Mix together in a large bowl and knead well. If you use paint powder to colour, add it to the dry flour and mix it through before adding the water. If you use food colouring, add it to the water before mixing. Store the dough in an airtight container.
Bubbles:
Make bubble mixture by mixing four parts of detergent with one part of water. A 1/4 teaspoon of glycerine or cooking oil makes the bubbles last longer.
Make wire bubble blowers by twisting 15 cm of wire into a circle 3 cm across, leaving the rest for a handle.
Keep the mixture in a flat container large enough for the ring to be dipped under the bubble mixture. Try using straws for continuous stream of bubbles.
