Your mortgage is tracker?

If the tracker mortage tracks to Bank of England, the rate cut should pass it on to you. but as I known some of the bank are tricky, they use their own base rate for the base.

no we are on standard variable (at the beginning I though they are the same as tracker) as the sell man told me that the rate will change according to the bank of Eng base rate... (yeah they do when rate increase but not when rate drop)

I should have gone for tracker at first

sometime I was very angry about the bank because of their stupidity which cause us to suffer so much...

we always been very good with our debt and never borrow too much (although they did offer us more) we rather go for a smaller house in order to borrow less (only 2 times our combine income).. as we think this will be safer and provide us with more security even if interest rate go up.. but now due to the bank fault.. everyone have to suffer as the economic situation is really

Can you terminate the old mortgage and renew another one?

Mine is fixed rate, so I paid more than the trackers too! Ha Ha

I don't think I can find a cheaper deal now as most bank don;t offer any good deal anymore + having all the extra cost when u re-mortgage so we will not be better off anyway
I just hope that they will cut our interest rate by 1.5% as the bank of Eng base rate then it will be good

by the way, would u mind telling me what rate are u paying now?

actually I consider us to be lucky (thank god) that we had fixed rate for the first 2 yr (when interest rate keep on rising) then standard variable (when interest rate fall)... just that have to wait for the bank to have mercy on us to pass on the rate cut

依家個 fitness coach 叫我每日食1500-2000Kcal, 3 times a week 30 mins exercise...喎! 佢話食得太小反而更吸收.

BUT 8年前生完小娃塭米c洛減, 叫小salt小油小汁, 不過好似食1000-1200 kcal, 用咗4mths到都減到15lbs, 但我生完marcus自己根番d menu & exercise 都減唔到

but 4年後嘅依家仲重過啱啱生完marcus果時..

yes
a lot of singaporean rather keep their citizenship as their gov't look after the citizen well.. their pension is very good ga..
my 62 told me that the employer contribute 20% ga not like in UK most em
ployer only contribute 5%

also the tax is low too in Sg..

so if my hubby really employed in UK we might consider going back to Sg at least the living cost will be lower..

i just look at their gov't website and they are recruiting people in our area.. so hopefully the situation is better in SG..
but of course I would rather stay in UK as I prefer the freedom in UK
