GN4 and Buddies,

Really going from one end to the other.

Big pig said he wanted a new PC capable of doing video editing work anyway, so its now highly likely that I settle for this one for use at home :

I think the music teacher find Kv is quite strong (due to his big size) compare with others and can hold such a big instrument gwa.

A possibility.
Piglet was assigned the Marching Trombone in Marching Band in P3 and P4, probably he was big-sized enough to handle that. There were only 2 trombones, the rest were trumpets etc. The largest was a king-size drum which had to be hung from the shoulders of the biggest boy in the entire marching band, only during showtime. The drum was placed on a rolling platform during practises.
Had to take the big fat instrument to school twice a week ! I refer to it as 大牛龜 at home.

Went to HKU and got the Fujitsu $$$$$ earlier.
Will get the machine in 2 wks' time.
Also could upgrade both office and windows.
May consider a smaller notebook next yr.

I'm only free to have lunch next tue 15/9 (postponing the unimportant lunch to the week after, haha). 21/9 & 22/9 is also fine now

super busy these days, forgot I mentioned meeting on 10/9. Pass me the DVD machine
when lunch confirm.

the oto machine cannot cure 肩周炎, just for relaxation. I went for massage almost every week. The massage chair didn't work for me.
I did 3 times acupuncture （留針）with burning of 艾草 + 拔罐。It's so much relief for the back and shoulder, the wrist is processing well, at least no more mid-night wakeup caused by the pain

That's very true. I have such problem for quite some years, getting worst for these 3 years. Using too much computer is the main cause.
Tried different method to relief the pain. If time allows, keep on practising yoga works on me(=Exercise!)
Exercise=Treatment (not in exact for olderly)
I tried some of those 補骨丸/關節丸as inthe advertments, doesn't work (or maybe it works but too slow)
Tried different type of acupuncture， chin medicine, chiropractor, Physio...
I gained quite some weight at the beginning of the year, even heavier then my hubby. BMI over 28 (~obese). I lose weight around 7kgs over several months, have to lose another 5 kgs to go to the normal BMI. I found me muscle is less tense after loosing weight.

Jun went for his first P1 interview yesterday, so many applicants. Guess it would be even so much more for SPCC＆DBS, donno how the school can really mange to select the students out from the pool. I didn't send application to a lot of school, only 3 now.

Will be used mainly by Big Pig instead of piglet.
Piglet is last in queue for the machine usually.

1) When your building was under renovation, did you need to take out the air-cond from the air-cond bay?
2) If yes, how long it took from taking out to putting it back?

1. Yes.

2. From ~mid-Nov to around early May. It was already quite unbearable w/o air-con then, cos getting warmer and also with all the reno work outside all the windows were shut.

3. Total time take = since the day after Mid-Autumn Fest in 2008 (~16 Sept 208), until end Nov 2009 est. Our windows were "protected" by a sort of foam sheet but it made the flat vvv dark even in daytime, only taken away ~2 weeks ago ja, could see outside again. Still ~2m of work cos flooring of G/F not yet finished (put tiles on concrete, before it was not flat now only concrete layer not yet laid tiles), plus lower half of all 1/F inclu us (and worse thing is when raining some water seems in cos all prev water protect layer removed, tiles removed, not put back yet, should be the last thing done. Then there is outside boundary wall to be done, also lift lobby.
