My baby girl has joined playgroups before but I think she is still too young for enjoying games and play with the other babies. For playgroup, I consider it only a trial for them to communicate with the other kids and pave for the way they go to nursery or kindergarten as the time is shorter.
To my understanding, if the nursery has vacancy you may apply in mid of the term.
i will try playgroup first as they are only 19 months old. of course will let them join the nursery school when are 2. at the mean time just let them paly around and learn how to communicatio with peers. do you have any suggestion on which playgroup sounds better?
because they are twins, they got accompany and won't feel alone. gor gor & mui mui used to get along with each other so they don't have difficulty to deal with other bbs. they even can learn from each other as well. i think this is the advantage of twins.
