this is my recipe for the 豆腐花 :

1) soy bean 6 "leung"
2) water 8 cups
3) corn starch 3 tsps
4) "sok shek go" flour 1 tsp
5) water 1/2 cup
a) you have to use 1 & 2 to make 8 cups of soy bean milk (actually just prepare 8 cups of soy bean milk)
b) mix 3-5 together
c) then pour a) into b), set for 10-15 mins
it is ok gar, I tried it before. you can try this too.
but it is very hard to get "sok shek go" flour , where you get it le ??
