If your blood sugar is not extremely high, the doctor probably will not send you to the hospital and you might just have to follow a strict diet. You probably have to check your blood sugar just once or twice each day. I restricted my rice intake about a cup each meal during my pregnancy, and snack and exercise regularly. 吉手指 is not hard, the needle is really fine and small. The hardest part is when you have to give yourself insulin shot, then really 難落手!!!

I have go to class for diertarian consult. But I am lucky my AIM insurance will cover the fee.
