actually I can play well, eat okay + sleep okay + not cough in daytime... but just have 'tam' when little cough at mid-night lor...

arrr... if my tse tse is not so silly that on the night after we went to see Dr Mok, she switched on the fan and put it directly towards me for whole night... I would not be sick again ga...

My colleague taught me to boil 陳皮 in water, then use that water to make milk/soup.... HH was better after doing this when he cough last time.......
