- 你一路大肚有運動又後生+順產無傷口答案生後 4weeks可以跑,不過建議先快行,一切ok感覺良好就加快,初初唔好去咁盡
2weeks-4weeks可以做乜
- 可以先做floor exercise/yoga
- 抱B屋企行來行去當作運動
- 抱B落街散歩當作運動 (if you and your family can accept, some chinese take 坐月very seriously and not advise go out)
- 覺得累就坐下,同人奶B媽媽要食野均衡D
