Thks for you reply again! As I'm not in HK right now so I come visit here only if I got the chance.
1) What is your objectives to put the kids in these English class?
Like you said, giving a fun Eng environment for the kid and build up his confidence to communicate in Eng.
2) What kind of results you wanna see after course completion? e.g. can speak English? Answer in complete sentence?
If he can understand and speak some basic Eng I'll be satisfied. Now he can understand what teacher said but reply in Chinese.
3) Are there other alternatives that may achieve the same result with less resources (e.g. $$, travel time, etc)?
Not many. I know the "Little Prince" center has Cambridge Eng Class but I don't know if it's good or not.
BTW, Do your son watch Pearl TV? Do you think it's helpful? (Of course I don't mean watching all day long)
I'll get info on the "ladybird" & talk to you later.
Again many thks!

==> stay at YMCA la, fair enough ga la...

==> They offer Cambridge? I know they use LCM only ja wor....To me, it's about the same with YMCA (in terms of the training effectiveness), so unless I live right above it, otherwise, it won't attract me to travel there to attend their classes (esp it's not too cheap too)

==> Yup, not only Pearl, but also 鳳凰衛視, it's good to let them listen for some time during the day.
