cc&longlong and 4771817, 我阿B一日都係食4餐奶，8:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.。因為通常佢食完4點幾個餐奶就會係5點幾開始訓，訓到11:00p.m.我叫醒佢食奶，所以中間skip左1餐，我都唔知食少左餐會唔會唔夠營養。
mycathy, 你BB會係夜晚醒兩次，咁佢要唔要食奶？佢醒時，會唔會喊架。如果佢訓訓下，突然大聲喊醒就可能嚇到呀，你再觀察下。

我Ｂ仔有時訓訓下大叫又喊,比佢嚇親,唔知係咪早上玩到卡卡聲,所以發惡夢,你地ＢＢ會唔會咁呀?

I am having difficulties in stop BF my baby, as I have to resume work on 6 April, could you share your experience with me? URGENT! Besides, I find that she starts to have the “nose sound” again after I start to give her the “formula”, I’m worry if she has got something sticks in between her nose & mouth…..If yes, how to clear it?

我都幚bb介人奶介得好辛苦, 未足月時我係晚晚餵左佢佢先可以瞓, 但係一開始介時佢就算用奶瓶食飽都要喊, 喊到要啜到我為止, 如是者過了幾日都係咁, 咁我就叫工人餵佢, 餵左幾日喊到死先可以介到, 心都痛曬, 不過如果唔係咁就介唔到仲大鍋! :-P ice-crm就用avent個隻肥奶瓶幚bb介, 因為個奶咀似足真人, 要用食人奶既方法先食到, 佢一喊就比佢食, 咁佢就以為係啜啜你, 就又可以介到啦!

不過我都試左好多日嫁, 不過最緊要唔好放棄, 努力呀! :-P

nose sound我bb之前都好勁, 但係現在佢大個左又無物啦, 不過我問過醫生同姑娘都話正常, bb太細氣管細所以有聲係正常喎!不過我想唔會有d咩係個口腔內掛, 佢除左飲奶之外都無物野食啦, 應該無掛, 唔好自己嚇自己啦!

咁你地bb一日共食幾多oz呀? 我阿b本來已經晚上介左奶, 但因為佢2個半月開始唔肯食奶, 所以晚上又要食奶呀! 不過我'0'原佢食多一餐, 因為我怕佢唔夠營養呀!都係我工人起身!!

Karencks, 我阿B每餐食7oz，所以一日total28oz，每餐之間如果佢冇訓就飲1至2oz水。其實28oz奶一日多訂少呀？

Actually, the first Baby will look like the Daddy. My elder daughter's photo as same as the daddy's photo. The second one will become look like mommy la. Don't worry and keep on to have another Baby la.

My Bobo also don't want to eat milk during this few days, she only eat around 3oz and I give her some "開奶茶" to開奶 but she don't want to eat than I 要再開一枝比佢先吃。 I only give her "開奶茶"加少少sugar. She only eat a little bit. 第二餐奶時更大哭一場之後先肯食呀，可能佢怕ｄ奶唔同佐味啦。
我個嘎ｂｂ食奶時勁惡，無佢符。

I like your daughter's name, Charlotte. I was considering to use Charlotte or Charmaine before my baby was born. But finally we took Charmaine.

My slimming progress is going well. I have lost 4 lbs since I have started. I have done totally 6 times slimming programme only. Twice a week, but I have skipped for a week since I went travel. So, losing 4 lbs in one month time. Every programme I have done G5, followed by wrapping slimming pack. Then reconfigurate my bodyline by M6. The recent 2 times, I have added the BLP (for drainage of lymphatic system and losing water of my body) together with G5, the effect is more obvious. However, since I gave birth by C-section, I skipped all the above around my tummy part, area below my navel. Therefore, still some fat on my tummy, but much less than a month before, becos BLP could help tummy part even it is not directly applied to tummy.

Finally, I dare to see my colleagues and friends. I have met many of my colleagues recently, many of them could not believe I have given birth, most of them said I don't look fat as after delivery. Some friends who have met me a month ago said I look much slimmer and said I am good in losing weight. So, I am confident enough to go back to my company for grooming check next week before I resume duty on 7th April.

For diet, I drink a very big bowl of soup (prescribed by my chinese herbalist) as breakfast in the morning, becos absorption will be the best when i just wake up. Then lunch amount is little, I usually take soup noodles or vermicilli with meatballs and vegetables. Dinner, I try to avoid rice or any carbohydrates, take more vegetables and protein-rich food like fish or tofu instead.

I haven't started my $6,750.- (15 times latest M6-keymodule machine) programme yet, becos that is expensive and very powerful machine, I will leave this for my tummy part after few months. I am having the slimming programme mentioned above in Physical Fitness & Beauty Centre in Sheraton of TST.

I am using the Avent bottle. But when my baby saw the bottle she will start to cry although she was hungry at that time. She better choose not eat instead of having the bottle feed. As I am the only one at home at the day time, therefore, no one can help. And I don't want to stay in my Mum's home any more.

Anyway, she is better today as I can bottle feed her for twice today. Hope it will improve soon.

I am afraid that the "nose sound" was due to the "formula" as it was already stopped for days as she grows up. Did you get the same experience?

I can feel his growing up. He likes looking around esp interested in those colorful and moving things. He talks a lot, if we say un gu gu, he will answer us with ar ar ar ... so interesting!!!Finally, I'm with him again~~

Before 3 months, my BB can drink more, it was around 6oz for 5 meals a day. But after he was 3 mths old, he only drink 6oz for 4 meals a day + sometime 4oz before sleep. So far he is OK. In fact after he had 3 mths injection, his apetite was affected a lot, so I give him 2 times 肥仔水, now he is ok.

Both Charlotte and Charmaine are Christian name, and they both are lovely.

Do you mean you have joined both MB and Physical's slimming program? Then how much did you pay for the Physical? Is that slimming program available in every Physical fitness centre or only in the TST Sheraton?

BTW, do you mean that you are now lighter than before pregnant? If yes, it is attractive. How about the waist? And does the give birth mark around the tummy, does it all gone? :-P

Do your baby also changed from BF to formula? As I am afraid that the "noise sound" which is back again is due to the formula!

This made me feel more guilty that not to give her breast-milk....... :-( I can giv eit to her if she live with me.......which is impossible......... :-( I am going to miss her very much!

我bb之前都有nose sound嫁, 不過食左全奶粉就有痰聲就真, 不過d姑娘同醫生又話係正常, 咁我就無埋到, 不過佢現在都係好多痰, 有時仲會多到'cut'呀!
