We're going to look for property has 3 rooms, so tomorrow already had appointment with agent to look look this site. As they're pretty new and nearby MTR station. We'll not buy, only will rent now. Then we'll sell out the one now we're living. As we don't know whether we'll live in TKO in future, it depends on what primary sch Ansel will attend.

1st we want to live in Hang Hau area, but after we seen a few property, we then decided to rent. As I said we don't know whether we'll keep living in TKO in future. As the property in Hang Hau is quite old, so we want to see some new one or even with a better view. So we think about to have a look at those in TKO MTR station. We like Ocean Shores, but they're always too expensive compare with other TKO area. Of course OS is good too, as they're nearby MTR station and have good view. Did I told you b4 that my husband like the sch just next to the OS, the one quite famous, (Yau Choi) but I was not too sure, maybe I prefer the old sch rather than the new sch.
While for the new property next to OS will not be ready to live until early 2008, but now we need more space for clothes, toys, books....etc. As we'll need to keep the things from Ansel to Ernie.
what is the format of your song? If from a CD, you can try to use real player to change the format to MP3 in a computer. If the CD is protected, then I don't know!
