it needs strong core muscle.
think about u jump "high" first, not jump 'through" when u intent to jump.
jump high then hold by ur core muscle in the air, then swing through by ur core muscle. sure it needs to complete in 1 second.
try 1000 times then u will handle the secret.
i hv practiced it for 6 mths & now not success everytime. my instructor told me he made it successfully in 2 yrs he strated practicing yoga.
