所有高蛋白質o既野都要戒口, 因為驚個傷口生肉芽, 除左egg 同牛肉, 仲有燕窩，奶, cheese, 紅肉都要戒.........豉油就因為驚傷口深色唔靚...........this is just the same as what the others said after you have c-section ~~~
