我唔使番工架星期六, 但琴晚成晚瞓個幾鐘就醒一次......... 今朝8點幾已經瞓唔番了..........只好上下網等10點幾同我mami出去睇中醫, 之後去tw同麻麻飲茶..............

好慘, 有得瞓都瞓唔到...........

ic ic .. after wake up at mid-night yesterday. i slept at around 02:40 and then wake up at 07:30 this morning -- as you know. my hubby wake up at 05:45 to work - so actually i sleep for only around 6 hrs :-( :-( ( lucky that i slept at 10:45 yesterday night )

我都係在贊育21/12第一次產檢11週幾,等左三個鐘有得照埋頸皮(因我是高齡) 排左16週抽血, 12/2(18週幾)照u/s, 不過唔知係咪結構性u/s, 唔知使唔使book c+ 照, 可否比d意見。你有無順便排埋運動班和講座呀!

如果去唔到55, 試下晚飯後休息一會後, 飲杯自家榨 fresh orange juice 加少少橙泎, 不用太大杯, 兩個橙就夠, 有鈣質又有fibre, 早餐後就有55 la !
