All,
In these few day, my hospital---( I mean my ward) have a big Earthquake in the managerial level.....my manager CHANGE AGAIN!! This is the thing happen again the 8th time within 7 years.......it's really crazy!!

I am so piss off and get upset from what this happen....because now my manager is a really good boss, she has divoted herself into our ward sooooo much, even stay 24 hours in the hospital to help us out--as she know we are lack of staff.
However, my DON(Nursing president), dislike her in personal, she didn't give her any backup, stop the budget to give to the ward, stop other unit to give staff to help us......etc etc. And all this she did, has only 1 reason, which is , my DON would like to promote my anothe colleague to up on this post.
But she didn't has as high qualification as what my manager have, and also she only smile to those Boss, always give us BLACK face with bad temper. So everyone don't like her.
So anyway, now my DON has make an unreasonalbe reason and pull my manager down this post, and let that Fxxking colleague up on the post and she will be our Unit manage from Next month.....everyone in my ward, start to thinking to resign..
And we have cry these few days, when we talk to our manager, I think she is the pooriest one. :-(

Thanks for your words ah! Honestly to say, I am searching many jobs now, and will change AT ONCE if avalible! Ai..........b4 this I tihnk hospital won't be that political ka ma! Especially those people always claim that they are CHRISTIAN that with HEART wor!!!! Really want to vomit after hear this.
