Actually still no discussion of renewal price yet.
We rent directly from Sino Properties. I checked their prices listed when I paid the rent earlier. The list price is still the same.

I want to join. Let me check check boss' schedule sin...to see if I can sneak off.

今朝已經夠忙, 仲比老闆捉咗入房哦一輪.

同我好好感情既同事因為感情問題成朝係度喊, 我都唔知點安慰佢...見到佢咁我個心都好唔服舒, 好憎個負心漢!

呢位同事做嘢好醒, 失戀, 佢工作表現完全不再狀態, 老闆已經同我呻咗幾次, 夾係中間既我都唔知點做.

你哋講開敏感, 子進呢排睇咗幾次醫生嘞, 佢係咁不停大力眨眼, 問佢又話眼痕, 但又唔見有紅. 醫生話佢個鼻敏感係咁捽, 捽到鼻膜腫咗, 跟住又唔知點樣影響到對眼, 令到淚腺塞咗, 所以隻眼痕喎. 比咗支眼藥水, 尋日同佢滴, 佢喊到九彩, 啲眼流都沖走晒啲眼藥水啦, 咁咪無用?! 有咩計仔滴眼藥水呀?
