Yes... I joined MB first, then found that very cheap offer for new joiner by Physical. So, I joined Physical and having the slimming programme by Physical now. However, I bought MB 6750 plan for 15 times keymodule machine, but I haven't started yet as MB's one is more powerful than Physical's ordinary M6 machine. So I leave the MB to be used after few months when my incision of tummy will be fully-recovered and able 'to-be slimmed'.

The Physical special offer for new joiner will be ended by 31st March, they offer that special offer for 1 month use. So, if you really want to try, you have to register asap la~ You can go for any one of Physical for the offer.

Ar... I forgot to mention one more thing I add for my slimming plan... I use a anti-cellulite slimming essence branded 'Galenic' to apply on my tummy and the area I have finished slimming by machines every time, and also after taking shower. I think this is a really famous and effective slimming gel which many of my colleagues are using and found that it really works. It really works for me too, becos I can't let my tummy to be slimmed by machine yet, however, my tummy has returned to the size of before pregnancy since I apply the slimming gel every before bedtime. I use the anti-stretch mark cream of this brand as well since 4-month pregnancy and I am really free of stretch mark! This brand is made in Paris and I think you all can buy from some 'water-goods' shop only, becos they don't have counter in HK. For me, I asked my colleagues to buy for me from Paris.

I am now still 4 lbs heavier than 'before preg', however, my waist is back to 26". When comparing to 30" waist after 'sitting-month' I am very happy now and my hubby said I still look very feminine and attractive. And the skin layer of my stomach to tummy is no longer loose! Those 4 lbs more is now located at the thighs and upper arms, that I will concentrate to work on them later.

I think I will be able to lose some more weight after I resume work in April la.... Let's work hard for our beauty and self-esteem!! :-P

I am still breastfeeding my baby, I usually pump out my milk during office hours, I think the "nose sound" is only from new born babies or small babies, your baby's nose sound is probably because he is younger than my baby, who is now nearly 4 months la...... =)

I remember when I was still pregnant, I would say to my husband we should let my mother-in-law who lives in England to look after our baby when he is born, but soon as my son was born, I cannot imagine to be away from him for more than one day! :-P

Thanks :-P My husband and I are now organizing to return and stay in HK. We still not sure at the moment. It is quite inconvenient for me to work and take care of baby here in TW. I can't drive so that someone should bring me out everytime. The environment here is better than HK tough. The education is another problem. Of course, it should be discussed someday later.

The details of the anti-cellulite gel I am using is as below:

Brand: Galenic
Series: Elancyl (product line for body)
Item name: CELLU-STOP Smoothing Concentrate for Stubborn cellulite (French: Concentre lissant cellulite incrustee)
size: 150ml / 5.07 Fl. oz green tall plastic bottle with white colour squeezing pump
Application: Just apply on the area you wish to slim, massage for a minute until it is absorbed. No need to rub..... good for lazy me! horhor~~!!

I have found a picture of this gel from internet, shown as below.

I asked my dear friend to buy this from Paris at around 200HKD each. CWong, as I know it is quite expensive in UK ar....so not worth to buy from London la... but if you really want, I can try to see if they have in Uk la.. cos I will go to London on 11th April. But I think will be very hard to find in London, becos this is French brand. I saw it is available in many online shop When you search 'Elancyl', which will charge at USD 29.99, but I think it is very expensive when comparing to buy from Paris. In HK, I saw it is available in a shop in New Century Plaza, forgot which floor la... but very expensive in HK too lor... You may try to see if it is available in some 'water-goods' shop which sells French brand skincare, they may have this~!!

If I have Paris flight in May, will try to get for you all la... (But not too much hope, becos Paris flight is not easy to get!!)

cyrus, pizza, 我bb半夜唔係喊醒, 係自己醒, 醒左之後有時肯食奶, 有時唔肯, 我屋企都算靜, 除非係工人"扯nose寒"嘈醒佢

我bb哩排都係食唔晒d奶呀, 我沖六安俾佢, 但次次都會食剩半安至一安, 有時仲剩2-3安添, 我都無佢符呀!

我依家開始一星期做一次yoga, 希望可以fit d, 但肚腩仲係一大舊, 不過我發覺佢自己有細左, 希望佢快d消失啦 :-P

bb食奶前勁哭唔肯食同食得少,可能係佢有'氣'頂著,要同佢掃風先>>>我每次都有掃風架,前日我比佐開奶茶佢飲,之後本來食返多佐奶,飲返5oz啦。但昨天有一餐不知做什麼,係度勁哭佢又想訓又想食,最後本來4點食而搞到五點幾先食了5oz,之後就勁訓又訓到過曬鐘去到成10點幾先食,都不知她摟什麼? 星期五我就唔多舒服,有些感冒同喉嚨痛,唔知有無傳了給她?我己放她去大女的房間訓,但唔知有無傳到佢,真trouble。

係呢，你係邊度做yoga呀，我個肚腩仲係好勁，因為我係開刀生，所以做situp都唔敢做得太多。

Just measure my waist after read your msg. I can't believe it! It is >4 inches more than before pregnant (26.8 vs 22)! It is so terrible! :-(

I did not measure it before as I think it should bel more or less the same as before pregnant because there is only less than 6 lbs to go back to my original weight before pregnant and I have tried the "pre-preg" skirts in Feb and they still fit. :-( So, it will be highly appreciated if you can help me to buy the said anti-cellulite slimming essence from Paris/ London if it is still around HKD200. Thanks a lot la!!!

Besides, I have just called Physical and your said programme is the HKD100 per item? Do you mean that you get 4 lbs less after 6 courses? How many items did you take each time? And when did you find the effect?

BTW, just for you and other mama's information, Physical said that there is still no closing date of joining the said program but it only last for one month starting from the date of join.

Sorry for the late reply. In fact 肥仔水係我地年代已經有, it is something like 腸胃水, 可去肚風, therefore 胃口 may be improved. 你可以去Watson's take a look. As it is a bit sweet, my BB like it very much. I dilute it into warm water, 1 spoon into 1 oz.

20 - 24 oz is OK wow, similar to my son. In fact, my son is too fat.

wah.. u were so slim before preg.. 22 " waist!! 26.8 is not bad too la!!~!!!

I have done 6 times slimming in Physical. For the first 4 times, I did ATT & M6 only. ATT for my waist only, M6 for whole body. The recent 2 times, I did ATT, M6 & BLP. BLP is for whole body, patches attached onto my body and electricity will be conducted. So, every time I only spend 200-300, however, sometimes I had facial or body massage together with the slimming programmes, becos facial and massage also costs me 100 each only, so cheap~!

For the Galenic slimming gel, I don't have Paris flight in April and it is very hard to get Paris flight. If I am so lucky having Paris, definitely will tell you la... And I am not sure how much it will be if buying from London becos GBP is very expensive nowadays! So, you better try to search from HK la...

By the way, will you join our gathering on 3rd April (Saturday)? we can chat chat about slimming and beauty in real ma...!

I heard from the clinic nurse before. She said that BB次次都會食剩半安至一安milk，it is 正常 ga. If BB eat all the milk that is not enough for BB la. You need to add milk for BB ga. So the nurse asked me to 開多半安至一安milk for BB each time. My BB also eat around 5oz now. Sometime BB eat only 3oz is not 正常 may be BB have 肚風or something not comfortable la.

IceCrm, 我想知如果我去Physical做body massage 和facial, 使唔使join member 架，如果body massage and facial 每樣都係HK$100真係好平呀。中環個間physical有冇得做body massage架？Sorry, too many questions.
