100磅? 我無咁瘦, 我都有成11x磅, 個肚腩同hip都好體面架, 突晒出嚟, 好想同佢地 .

You mean before getting married?

I went to a cheap beauty centre for their "keep fit program". By hand to "meet" your fat flesh and by machine too. In the meantime, they pass you a box of tea bags, saying that can help losing weight. Time was tight, so I really tried. Oh dear.... diarrhea type....

at the same time, I also tried Xenixxx (the tablet that can prevent you from absorbing food's oil and then expelled out).

All these added together, I was able to lose weight from around 120 down to 109 lbs. Seemed it worked, but it got rebounced fast too.

I never try those teabags again coz that's going against the rhythm of your body.

Before Thai Horse came I was around 130 lbs. Damn for her, she put lots of chicken essense / chicken powder in the food. So in less than 3 months my weight raised up to 140lbs. Now get back to normal diet my weight is around 138 lbs. If the grapefruit works for me, I would like to try and target to get back to around 115 lbs.

Ai.... still long way to go.... can't deny the fact that metabolic speed has been slowed down a lot for this middle age.

Again, hope for the best for tomorrow!

咁西姐都要努カ減下喇!不要常常掛口邊身陳代謝慢所以易肥。我常認為生活、飲食習慣、有運動否、動作懶不懶是主因。

我見好多人埋怨自己唔知点解“飲杯水都会肥”,但事實係平時点止飲杯水,イ巨食左d乜自己好清楚,食左肥牛當自己無食。

(havingsaidthat,我只是中等身形,不高不矮,不肥不瘦。不過我都承認偶然会控制不到,暴飲暴食,導致幾磅上落)。

以前都試過食粒減肥丸,仲要話係最mild個隻,我食左都心跳加速,唔敢再食。。。
我唔大貪,target係12X磅咋。。。but still hv a long long way to go。。。

I know where my problem is. I don't have exercise habit. Although I don't eat that much, I still belong to the "Fung Moon" type.

I have thalassmia (maybe I spell wrongly, it means "anaemia, Mediterranean Sea type) so my heart always beats very fast. In the past my colleagues invited me to go hiking. It developed to the stage that 1-2 male colleages needed to take care me to come down!!! I felt dizzy and nearly fainted for going up (even going upstairs too much, I have the same problem). However for Walks for Million (no slopes, no upstairs), I am fully ok.

Thank you guys for all the useful info and encouragement. Agree w/ the statement, Health is most important!

那幺西姐要好好保重身体。得嫺多d進補!減肥慢慢黎,我地大家一齊努カ丫!運動紿終是好,不過要小心一歩歩來。我C6是管心病 at a relatively young age(因家族違傳了高cholesterol level.No way....it's not his fault). After having operation a few years ago, he began to practice himself step by setp and in teh past few years he finished his yearly chartered marathon (half, of 24km). But of course he mans/understands his body condition very well to be within safety zone and mcuh precaution work is done prior to every pratice.. Hope this can be an enlightenment on you and anybody who feels herself never able to achieve a particular thing.
