For me,
My first pregnancy was a boy, the skin quality got so bad, 多o左好多粒粒 and 好多面油.
The second pregnancy was a girl, the skin quality got so good, 白白滑滑. Don't know if it is true for all cases though. One thing for sure is if your nose gets bigger, likely to get a boy. Male hormones can make your nose bigger.
Now still no 粒粒, may be a girl this time.
