It shows the process of the separation.. Moses now didn't cry when my maid left in the school every morning. I always called his teacher, his teacher said Moses is unwilling to let other kids put their hands on Moses's shoulder when line up, but he loves to put his hands on others' shoulder. So the teacher will arrange Moses either at the front( teacher holds him), or at the back of the lines..
