咁你個revolving triangle 唔穩陣, 可能係隻手冇掂到地啦... 如果掂到, 話晒多隻手"charn" 住, 冇咁易跌. 不過hamstring 呢d, 拉拉下就鬆架啦, 努力.

咁我覺得oorja 都辛苦過kryoga sun series 2 囉. 上 oorja 都有勞役feel 架.

down dog之後你會跳番去forward bend係咪?今次跳前好多,跳到穿過兩隻手然後順勢坐低,腳向前,"L"型果個posture!咁成個action就叫jump through!

I also want to ask you about this, morning hatha maybe incl sun salutation? just like ashtanga.

deva's hatha, focus on deep stretching, standing balance stretching, splite.....so I guess I've to squeeze sometime for prof's evening hatha la..

我同你一齊上果日係我第一次上咁早既prof's hatha. 平時一個鐘既hatha 冇sun salutation, 但有 1 leg balancing post, 有cow face, forward bend 之類.

但我又好耐冇上過deva 既hatha, 我果時上佢又冇咩做split 果d 動作架喎.

總括黎講, 我覺得朝早晨咁早上堂果d 人好多都好勁. 我諗唔勁都唔會咁好"藝"力咁早起身啦...

standing split, sitting split, sitting twist (like this morning Kapil's final pose but keep one leg straight), standing backward bend to wheel pose... etc.

actually if compare with S's ashtanga (am class), I would prefer this more than P's hatha, cos S's a bit slow, I can stretch well during the postures.

so now you're in the office? or at home? this week, have to work late today, Wed & Fri...

咁deva 堂hatha 好似多左好多野喎. 咁你鍾意deva 定prof 既hatha?

prof 果set sun salutation 好快, stretch 唔得幾多. 好似今朝kapil 果堂都係呀, 個forward bend 我接埋都需時架嘛, 好多時未接好已經下個動作囉.

我而加響office 呀. 我諗住買百佳d 飯盒, 又唔想同 d 地盤佬爭, 所以遲d 先走囉...

if only compare yesterday morning & deva's evening class, I like deva's, I like deep stretching, but of course have to do a lot of warm up first.

Prof's sun salutation is really fast, like eshwar, that's what I don't like.

你細個時點整親tailbone 架?

不過prof 唔係堂堂既sun salutation 都咁快, kundalini 同埋 A& level 2 既sun salutation 係做得好慢架.

不過果然係朝早既class 同下午/夜晚class 好唔同喎.

貪玩之過囉, 六年級旅行, 玩滑梯 law. before sir落去, dun 一dun, 跟住唔行得la, 要人抬, 阿媽同我去睇跌打 & 拗返直... the movement just like 'jump through'...

luckily not really hurt my tailbone deeply, otherwise.. I can't walk la..

好危險呀, tailbone 真係要好小心. 我記得早前有單新聞就係個小妹妹貪玩, 用酒店d 床肉黎sir 滑梯... dun 到... 之後失禁... 因為延醫所以下半身唔郁得啦.

好在你呀媽react 得快呀!
