biebie, 我BB通常一日食4餐，total26-28安一日。

My father-in-law also goes to France on business but my husband found out that he won't be going to France till June/July, so I guess I'll have to wait till he goes then to buy for me. But I think he's not very good at buying beauty products so I'm not sure if he will be able to get it for me. :-P

如果你唔急住返工, 你餵耐d比bb, 咁bb會健康d la. 我bb幾大? 啱啱3個月大. 佢2003年12月25日出世囉!

we nurse my baby for 6-7 meals with 6oz in a day. But usually 1 oz. milk will be left in bottle. So she takes 30-35oz everyday.

I am still in the progress of my slimming plan. I am still 4 lbs heavier than 'before preg.', not yet back to original wor. But I look OK lor... at least my waist is back to original and my face looks slimmer than before preg. I think my 4 lbs fat are stored in my thighs and arms. I will work hard to lose them soon.

As i said before, other than the slimming programme, I try to take very little carbohydrates for dinner. I usually only take 2 spoonful of rice only for dinner lor. For breakfast, I only drink nutritious soup for good health. I didn't do any exercise at all and always sleep in afternoon!

For the slimming programmes like M6, ATT and BLP. That is requested by myself. I have already knew M6 is very powerful for firming and re-shape bodyline. I asked those beautician what else will make my plan more effective and compatible to M6 for better result. They explained ATT (G5 + wrapping slimming pack) can break down the stubborn cellulite before firming and re-configurate by M6. And they suggest BLP (Drainage of whole body lymphatic system) will help for 清產後水腫and毒素, after trying once BLP, I found that the effect is more obvious!!

So, as a conclusion, my slimming plan for myself is:

slimming treatment + anti-cellulite gel + avoid too much carbohydrates during dinner + soup only for breakfast!

I have to go back my company for grooming check and measurement tomorrow la....I think it will not be a problem for me since I have slimmed a lot already la... and I have to resume flying on 10th April.

The 100.- special offer is available in any one of Physical. 100.- for each treatment, including slimming by machine, body massage (1 hr) and facial. As I know they will end this promotion by 31st March. However, if you enrol before 31st march, you still can enjoy 1 month time for 100.- per treatment. But they only allow you to book 3 hours before the time you go for treatment, so try to avoid peak hour like 6-9pm lor~
