Kristymami ee: thanks. 7 pcs homework looks many but very easy--Chinese vocab x 3, eng vocab X 2, making 2 chinese sentences; 2 worksheets of number counting; one worksheet of general studies which requires me to put on my name and age and paste 2 photoes; and read the 2 prayers. Quantity and Quality (demands from teachers) are different la. I finished the first 6 pcs within an hour because they are very easy.

Hi all,

I am new to this topic. I also live in Ma On Shan, hope to join you mums here. I just gave birth to a baby girl, am thinking when to resume duty and go back to work... (I hope I could stay at home and take care of the baby by myself...), but I need to earn a living and save more money for bb's future use... don't know how to choose - work or no work... ?????? ?-( ?-( ?-(

At this moment, you must want to take care baby all the day since you just born her but as you said you need to earn a living and save more money for bb's future use, if your husband can afford all living and future use charges, than you can do what you want full time Mom. but if not, prefer to do working Mom, As I am always think that, earn more money can do everything I want. also if you resign your job and want to find a job later. It will be not easy since you already have a child which empolyer will consider this point and always want empolyee can O.T. all the time.
I am working Mom, when my son 2 month age, I am back to the office and take him to my father in law house on everymorning,during I am leaving office, I will take back him go home. every working day like this, no change and now he is six year old. I am stil doing like this, it may still hard for me as I also need to do housework and need to follow him their homework but I am Mom, this is our responsible and I must need to earn more money for his future use, so no way but need go ahead to do.

Congratulation ! Ha many kids in Shatin / Mos are born in July wo

my elder daugther is 11/7; younger son is 21/7, JJ's yan yan 22/7

I'm a working mamies, it is really hard to take care of child after work. But in my case, I prefer being a working mamies, coz if I stay at home all day to take care of them, I will lose all my temper, esp when they are reached terrible two.

Your baby is too young right now.
Up to 1 year old, u can try to contact 保護兒童協會 (太和 or 太子) in order to put your baby on queue for their playgroup. $40 per lesson. NOT bad.

When grow up to around 14 months, kindermusik is highly recommend.

However, we don't find any good young children playgroup in MOS.
