Same here, i had tea at dinner time, stayed awake for an hour in bed before falling asleep (and i have no problem falling asleep normally).

Me too, tasting all 3 types of tea at the same time, blended. Lately it's more 苦若生命 because of some work stuff that i need to get used to. I'm not complaining, cuz i have the other two in the mix as well and it not just all bitter.
