All the indo grils that used to work with me at the restaurant are all "big eaters", when I used to take them out for dinner, hot pot is the only option to "save money", otherwise they will be eating 5 courses from appitizer to dessert.........
I think the reason why they are not "fat" when at home, coz of the way they cook, they use a lot of herbs and spices. Also the indonesian tea and coffee they drink (so strong) helps too! But once they are in HK. all obviously cooking method is different, so the same appitite lead to "increase in volume"!!!
