I am outrageous after the police found Cecilia's body. How could someone do this horrible thing!!!

I hope the police can identify the person who did such a terrible act.

From the news, it sounds like the person knows the family well. From the bedroom location to Cecilia's mom's cell phone number. :-x

i feel sad about her death... but since there was so many rumour about her parent... so could that be a revenge... or so

really can't tell.

for all dads/moms who have kids of similar age... do teach them when to say no - and yell for help

does any moms/dad have the experience of getting upgrade refund from the builder? I have the upgrade for the carpet runner, but some how the color discontinued... and we would like to pull out for re-selection... Sales office said o.k. and prepared the upgrade credit form for us to sign... however, I did not get their signed copy and now 2 months gone pass, and have no money back... when calling the sales office again - they said we don't supposed to get refund for that... any suggestion to this? the only problem I had is - the credit form got only our signature by not their - even it is prepared and faxed from their sales office... :-(

I have not been checking for few days. Her name is Carmen, same Chinese name 'Ka Mon', and her brother's Chinese name 'Ka Lok'. Both chinese names were chosen by grandpa & grandma!

Do you know where we went for her birthday dinner, oooh, my son pick for her, we went to KFC, Derek, my son loves KFC very much. Carmen only finished her fries, and Derek had all her chicken. And I bake a cake for her, and she decorate the cake by herself, and it was a mess (but lovely & beautiful).

How are you, you are not living in Canada, right?

i think the price of diapers and baby food is cheaper than hk. but if he is still drinking milk powder, better bring it. kids here normally drink Homo milk, it will be a problem if your son does not like that.

thanks for the advise.

I do have the paper prepared by them but without their signature.. The lady said she finished her part and put the paper to process... When I called customer services, they claimed they never have the paper.. even I faxed my copy over - they said can't process as no signature from their end... Urge the Customer services to follow up for me... they said that's not their job - but the dept that do the upgrade... so I am in the "dead end" :-(

sleepdeprivedmom - i did call up the person you mentioned. but above is his reply... and now not sure to whom I could talk to..
