This morning I did two pranayamas, Bhastrika & Nadi Sodhana.
You know, I drink coffee every day in the morning. If I don't drink, I feel either very sleepy by 11am or severe headache. I didn't have time to drink yesterday because I had to rush to the yoga class. But I didn't feel sleepy or headache yesterday, it's really amazing. So yoga is a good substitute for coffee.

朝早做 pranayama 好好架, 做完個鼻唔會塞, 又好精神, 仲會連平時睇唔到周圍既細節都睇到, 夏天我會落地開 mat 做, 左右half lotus每邊做足20次, 冬天就係床做, 少好多.....![]()

今朝我都係響張床度做咋, 好凍呀呢度. 不過我而加張yoga mat 冇捲埋啦, 又冇放入個袋入面... 就咁放入衣櫃入面咋. 咁我真係會有多d 恒心灘佢出黎囉.pluie 寫道:
