BB 依家3個月,2個月時在健康院打左4合1針,想問好唔好幫bb到私家診所打乙型流感嗜血桿菌針,但bb已3個月會唔會太遲?

The answer is yes and not late~
Hib prevent 90% of Meningitis(腦膜炎) < 3 years.
The schedue will be
Hib at 3 months, 5 months and 7 months + 18 months.

FYI re 輪狀病毒疫苗
因為目前二劑型疫苗大規模試驗只做到6個月，寶寶若超過6個月以上服用，效果較不明確。至於三劑型疫苗目前大規模試驗只做到8個月，故不建議超過8個月以上的寶寶服用。但家長要知道這兩種疫苗不能互相混用，也就是一旦選擇使用兩劑型或是三劑型疫苗，就必須繼續使用同種疫苗，完成整個建議時程，才能得到最好的預防效果。

Dear Dr. Yonex,

I know that if the mother is suffering from viginal yeast infection, the baby is exposed to risk as well. I am quite worry as I an experiencing yeast infection quite frequently and I have a pair of twins whose 4 months old.
1. Will the baby get viginal yeast infection?
2. What are the symptoms?
3. How to treat?
4. I saw some redness (no rash) around the baby's anal area, I applied Drepoline on her. Will that cause by yeast?

可以, 但效不太好. 要分清楚係雞眼(corn)定你扁平疣(wart).
See Dr. for something more effective.
