其實小朋友有呢種病好common.....

嚇死我...
我女女得9個月咋~佢冇番學嫁~我估可能係我上個禮拜帶佢去我媽咪舖頭野到~因為好多人抱過佢~

唉~我下次唔敢帶佢去了~佢fever到39度..食左退燒藥~好好多了~醫生開左d antihistamine比佢~兒家好似冇野喇~我冇訓過呀要照顧佢~累死喇...

mouth: 始終佢係第一次燒甘耐..我超擔心~成日驚佢high fever,,,

I have a meeting for overseas nurse employment today.
If you know any nurse whom will grad this year in hk and will have to do their intermship in hospital for 2-3 years, then they will have no contact and would like to go overseas to learn a lot of money or someone you know, whom has young children and adore the US education system. please share the follow message with them..

1. How long is the process from begining till the RN comes to US?
approximately about 2 years from the day she agrees to come to US. Then we will start the process.
2. What is the process?
Agency will get the RN's information and send them to CGFNS and Board of Education in NY, plus apply the NCLEX for RN
3. Do I have to pay for the CGFNS and NCLEX?
No, agency will pay for you
4. Why I have to wait for 2 years to come to US, what should I do in between?
It takes 9months to 1 year for CGFNS to verify all your qualification, after that CGFNS will send a confirmation to Department of Education, then DOE will review all information and offer the exam permit to agency and allow the RN to take the NCLEX in HK. Then, RN will have time to take the exam in HK. Many nurses are able to come in 18 months, but if they failed the NCLEX, they need to wait 3 months to take another exam. therefore, to pay safe, we would say it takes 2 years. Also, it is the period of time for us to apply the working visa for you.
In this period, RN will continue to work for their own employers. But we will provide English class, NCLEX review class, and also the culture studies for RN who will come to US for free.
5. How many years for the contact?
3 years, to work for metropolitan Jewish Health system.
6. Will I have a green card?
Yes, the time you land in US, you will have your green card sponsor from our organization thru the agency.
7. what if I want to break the contact?
there will be the penalty.
if you did not complete the contact on the 1st year, you need to pay back all the legal fee, study fee, air ticket, accommodation fee, salary for those years that you suppose to work for us. on top of that you need to pay USD$25,000 for termination of the contact. Plus we will also notify US immigration to cancel your green card.
8. what will I do when I landed in US?
we will have airport pick up to appartment where you will live, all overseas nurses are provided with accommodation. Once you start receive salary, agency will deduce rent direct from your pay check.
9. will my family come over and stay will me? how about my spouse?
yes, your spouse and your children will come with you.
We will also apply green cards for them, your husband will have the right to work in US as well.
It takes 3 months -6months for your spouse and children to come and reunion with you.
10. what about the benefit?
your base salary will be USD$68,000 per year, and you will have 2 times salary increase in a year. (one is annual salary increase, the other one is because you have more experience.).
you are covered with health insurance, which included for medical, dental and vision benefit. Plus we have medication plan for our nurses and their family.
11. How about my family for the benefit?
we also cover your family, but the 1st year, they have to pay for themselve (according to the nurse recruiting agency), but I had discussed with my VP, she agrees that MJHS will provide back up for the 1st year health benefit.
12. what will I do in that 3 years here in US?
the 1st year, you will under the intermship working in nursing home and different facility to get use to the field in US. Then, on the second and third year, you will work on your own as a visiting nurse on the field.
13. What will happen after the contact?
that is your choice, you got your green card, you can do anything you want, you can choose to stay with MJHS, or find a hospital or work in another state if you want. We will not interfere your decision. Certainly we love to have you to stay with us, as we are a huge organization, if you want, you can have your development here. We also sponser our nurse to go on their master and phD studies, we pay for it.
14. about the air ticket, do I have to pay for it?
no, agency will pay for it.
15. how about driver license. I don't have one and should I obtain one? who will pay for it.
we will help you with driving license, and it is good for you to learn it anyway, because you are living in a very big country, without the car, you are hardly to go anywhere. RN will pay for their own car, it is your choice. you can choose to take bus or subway to work, but you need to remember, subway and bus are not reliable transportation in US. We will pay USD$50 for the gas every month, plus we will pay USD$0.505 for every mileage.

如果未結婚同後生岩岩new grad
我都有興趣.......
不過而家太老同有左bb

我哋反而想請有家屋嘅.. 因為做事有交帶... 冇家室嘅, 係interview 得更嚴緊..
所有nurse 一到US, 已有永久居民身份, green card 喺手..
所以會好啱有BB嘅family. BB以後可以留喺US 接受12年free education.
由得到green card5年, 可以考入籍, 到時更可以申請家人移民呢!

it varies from states to states.some states pay only $49,000 per year and some pay above $80,000 for new graduated if you dare to go over.
Plus, depend on what kind of nursing it is.. work in hospital? nursing home? visiting nurse? for the government? as a part of the army? full time/part time/ per derm?
also, depend on the work load as well. in CA , they take care of 5 patients only, compare with NY, our workload is about 8-10 (for med-surg). therefore, we got higher salary.
about insurance..
Mostly.. none of RN (full time, work for hospital /visiting nurse)pays their insurance by themselves, not even their families.. in New york. our employer paid for us and our families.
I have been working for a while.. none of my job required me to pay anything for health insurance by myself and family.
I only paid the malpractice insurance which is about USD$ 90 a year.. less than 3 hours salary.

我27/6/08係廣華生左個bb女啦，重2.87kg，一切ok啦，係left foot postural club foot，不過唔嚴重~~

依家全人奶，不過唔係好夠佢食，要2個零鐘就埋身餵，好眼訓啦~~不過我會繼續努力，餵飽女女啦~~
