16/4-18/4 (3 days) I was in Outward Bound, Sai Kung with hubby, sisters & friends (total 11 persons). We are all very enjoy the adventure, that's a valuable experience for us.
What we get from there? during these 3 days, we learned to plan, to share, to help each others.. to build up team spirit, confidence, patience, brave....
found the message is suitable for me - "On the first day I go last, on the last day, I go first"
& also "black dot dot" on the face...We're all ensure that we'll join the advance course again!

My 99 said very successful for her to drink the formula, but once I back, she still insists to drink the breastmilk!! & I found she gets the allergy from the formula, on the legs, arms, back, necks, so I think I need to change another formula for her. Now I plan to give her formula during the days & breastmilk for her only before sleeping.

I highly recommend you to join the course. We tried to :
- jump into the sea from the pier
- climb the nets (around 35-40') but need to use eye cover - so that can't see the road (line), all listen to my buddies's instruction.....

last time HeiB had 2-3 fly chi in the mouth, but she can drank the milk normally, I know that you can try to use the Syringe to feed her the formula.
