Also,please note :
1. I would ask the agent to send this house rule to the maid for her to accept before I hired her. If she does not accept, I will not agree to the contact (There was two real cases happened with my friends - their prospective maid did not agree)
2. Please not that one of the term (i.e. not allow to stay overnight and have to come back before ?pm) is not comply with the law - this clause will be void when put in the court. You may wish to delete it in your case.
3. Even the maid has signed the rule. On the first day when she come here. I will still (point by point) discuss with her and make sure that she understands.
