如發羊吊有嘔吐物宜轉左側卧, 由他自已嘔出來..因為若你想同佢扣喉, 因佢口細, 你手指大..只會push咗嘔吐物入佢喉嚨.記得一有incident, 要揾人打電話叫救傷車, 一秒都唔好等, 唔怕一萬,至怕萬一..
佢瞓時, 你會聽到呼吸聲, 人仔又會郁...唔好整醒佢... 佢已經好累...要瞓飽--re-store番energy呢..
如只係普通choking, 就抱起, 一手hold住BB下巴(bb面向下), BB肚腩在你2大脾上(你雙腳合埋), BBpat pat對住你肚腩. 你另一隻手由佢背脊向肩膊方向拍...通常係在口的都會跌出(其實機會好低, 因為Ryan仔佢哋唔食一粒粒嘅固體嘢住, chokking多數係奶 or 口水-->teething).
Otherwise, 如未可以拍出foreign body, 面色不對, short of breathing... call 911 for help...

You must be very happy that Verniece's skin is better now. After the doctor prescribed the cream for Natalie, her eczema also disappeared. She has eaten both eggs and duck gizzard and no problem (touchwood). I will continue to bath her in baby oil. You and I can finally feel better.... :lol: :lol: :lol:

We also got the ink tools from the hospital to do Natalie's footprint. Her carseat was $269.99 at babiesrus. We chose that one becuz it's sturdy and the fabric is very nice :-P :-P :-P

I remembered when Natalie got her 1st shots and had tylenol..she slept for 8 hrs straight at night...I got so scared and I kept on putting my finger by her nostrils to check for breathing!!! Anyways..make sure you call us when you come back to LA. If you plan on getting Ryan's immunization here, I can refer you to my daughter's ped. in Pasadena.

The casino won us by $5...

We actually visited a lot of casino because after I talked to u on the phone, we walked from Treasure Island back to our hotel. It's much further than we expect! :-( My feet hurt so much that they seemed not belong to me any more :-( :-( . So we walked, and stopped by and sat inside a casino whenever we reached one.... In that way, we walked, sat down and played slot machines many many times that night....

It's so good that u keep mini-Matt's 腳印手印. Where u bought the clay to make them? Are they special clay or ordinary clay?

Good that u have a good start with the acupuncturist, keep it on! It may need some time though.
I was not brave when I was young, it's only because my mom and dad would

me if I refused to go... of course I closed my eyes (very tightly tim!) when the doc put the needles on. But as a child, I would occasionally opened my eyes and see what happened actually....

We only got 1 carseat becuz both of the carseat we purchased are very easy to hook on. The Britax Decathlon can carry up to 65 lbs. so maybe the one your husband found is better since it will carry til 100 lbs. I tried calling Marble yesterday(wed.) and couldn't reach her. I will give her a call again today. I'm not sure if I can meet up with her becuz Natalie sneezed a few times this morning and it's kind of cold outside

I wonder when will Natalie get her "rose rashes". My grandma said I got it when I was 6 months. Does all babies get it? As long as Verniece's skin is better now, then it's okay. It was so hard when the baby itches.

you can buy the clay with the sake box or album from baby store like Babyrus, we bought our one at babyrus, about US$20.. it is a sake box, so we can collect Amanda's stuff inside such as her first pair of shoes, her diet dairy..etc.. also at the front, one side for the clay and one side for you to put a picture. the clay we got, just only need 4 hours air dry, easy to manage..

that is what fat bear bear hubby worries about, as he said that Amanda may put her hand into her mouth right after we do the "mode".. so he forbidded me to do her hand print :-( :-(

玫瑰疹是一種病毒感染，主要為皰疹病毒第6型及第7型最常見。這是一種良性的疾病，很少有併發症或後遺症,發生的年齡雖然以六個月到一歲半最常見，但是小至兩、三個月，大至兩、三歲的小朋友也都仍有可能會得到玫瑰疹。
玫瑰疹是常見的一種幼兒良性感染疾病，會出現發高燒，溫度可高至攝氏３９至４０度，通常持續3.或4天。當高燒的時候,除了兩個小臉頰會燒得紅紅的以外，小寶寶的胃口、活動力也都還好，也可能有輕微的咳嗽、流鼻涕之類的上呼吸道感染症狀，檢查起來沒有明顯的特徵，這種病最大的特性就是當出現玫瑰紅似的細小斑丘疹時，往往也就是發燒漸退時，該病快到尾聲的預告，有時有於個人體質的關係而因高燒發生抽筋，但不必驚慌，因為這是良性的抽筋。
這是最常見的嬰兒出疹疾病，多半發生在兩歲以下，標準的症狀是六個月到一歲半大的小寶寶，男孩女孩均可發生，並無特別的差異。一般估計30%的嬰兒有明顯的症狀，其他均為輕微的發燒，或亦沒有出疹。
整年都可發生，但在春秋兩季較為明顯增多，不如麻疹、德國麻疹、水痘等疾病容易感染，因而地區性的流行極少發生。
最常見的是發燒三天，小嬰兒可能因發燒不舒服而顯得煩燥不安，哭閙聲使得父母及家中長輩十分牽掛焦慮，因此急急忙忙就醫，大多數嬰兒在發燒情形下並無痛苦的特徵，發燒極少超過5天，檢查時，除了喉嚨紅腫以外，頸部的淋巴腺或許有一些腫大的現象以外，有的小寶寶也可以發生瀉肚子情形，但小寶寶的活動力尚可。但感染到玫瑰疹時最常發生的困擾即為抽筋，小寶寶因為高燒所引起的抽筋，熱性痙攣是幼兒因發燒合併神經症狀，多發生在6個月至5歲的幼兒，如同嬰兒玫瑰疹好發作的年齡，這一個年齡的小朋友因為腦細胞的發育還不完全，高燒的時候，容易引起腦細胞之間亂放電的現象。亂放電就會引起四肢突發性的抽筋。手腳抽動、對稱性，多半持續2－3 分鐘，父母們常會為此嚇得不知所措。
燒退以後，由身體到頸部出現許多細細的的小紅疹，所幸疹子的特徵為不會痒，小寶寶不會因為痒而鬧情緒。玫瑰紅似的細小斑丘疹，開始起於軀體，疹子向臉部、四肢延伸，此時小寶寶並不會有任何不適的現象。大約一到三天內疹子會自動消失，身體上不會像得麻疹一樣有任何色素沉著或脫屑現象。
大多數嬰兒得到玫瑰疹，因沒有嚴重的副作用，故不須特別嚴格的預防措施，也沒有預防的疫苗。但是，注意增強個人之免疫力，注意營養、均衡飲食及運動；加強住家個人衛生，尤其需要勤於洗手，並且要確實以肥皂洗手，再用擦手紙擦乾以達到清潔、消毒的功效。保持環境的清潔尤其重要，注意環境衛生，保持環境清潔及通風。最重要是避免涉足公共場所，應避免與他人親密接觸，以防感染他人。這也是日常生活的一環。

Little Fat Man,

I called my husband on the way home and he got Natalie's bath ready. We got home at 10pm...bathe her, feed her milk, and then she slept until 8 this morning. I was exhausted too becuz I went on icq to chat w/ my friends until midnight

Mini-Matt is such a good baby

Miss Natalie cannot sit still like your boy. She always need something to keep her occupy...such a busy body

So did Big Matt enjoyed our gathering...I hope we didn't bore him

My husband felt bad for not being able to make it last night. He said both you and Marble was accompanied by your hubbies

Verniece was very good when we went out last time. I'm sure she will behave if you bring her to join us...she can play w/ Mini-Matt and Natalie. I told Little Fat Man that we should have a bbq at my house after your husband arrives.

Glad to hear the accupunctrist can help you out :lol: if he can help you out with the backache that will be excellent, but if not, if you believe in "steel hit" there is someone I heard is really good, it is a lot of pain when doing the treatment but is worth it afterward, there are few people saw him (including my hubby) and my friend did that once and her back bent a little bit from she was a little girl till now (BTW, she went for the hip problem though)

he helped her out with the hip area and free of charge for the back as well, she told me only 1 treatment, she feels like she is taller than before and can breathe better

!amazing right?!

You sure need to bring Ryan for a fully check up before you guys headed to LA, just to be safe, don't worry, I am sure Ryan will be fine, (just knock on wood, if he really have this seizure problem) the sooner you find out, the better it is, you can prepare more, be more caution if any of the symptom go on and if there is any treatment, he can be benefit for that.

Dear all:
Still hanging on there, I just turned 38 weeks today and yesterday doc. said the baby is 6 1/2lbs now, so anytime, she wants to come it will be fine. but just that my son is not feeling well now, he is having a cold, hopefully the baby will arrive after her big brother is fully recovered first, arrrrrrr....... having one is hard enough,just thinking of having 2 is just overwhleming...

whoever having 2 kids in here, you guys are really super!

0個日RYAN有事我CALL RYAN的PED﹐但她都無要我帶RYAN去做CHECK-UP。(我想SEEK FOR 2ND OPINION。NY MOMS有無在QUEENS的PED介紹?) 頭先剛和她通電話﹐她的SUGGESTION係:照RYAN係食緊奶的情況黎看﹐應該唔係抽根﹐如真係SEIZURE無噤太平﹐唔會淨係早幾日個一次﹐同埋唔會食緊奶既時候﹐佢話可能係RELATED TO食奶/胃酸/肉緊。又話如果RYAN TOUCH WOOD有下次係噤﹐盡可能用CAMCORDER錄低然後帶去給腦科醫生看﹐因醫生要目擊當時情形才能判斷到情況。
我都希望係胃酸/肉緊... :-|

really,... only about 30% of infant will show obvious signs .... some may even have convulsion....
Just relax, once they had it, they won't have it again. ^o^ No need to have antibiotic, no need to apply lotion ot ointment, just keep Natalie cool and comfy, if fever over 101.3F, give tylenol, but I found it, give Amanda mortin is better as it keeps her to cool down for 8 hours.. so Amanda just needs 3 dosage medicine instead of have 6 dosages of Tylenol. However, you have to make sure with your pedi if Natalie is fine to have Mortin as some kids have developed allergy with Mortin.

有關於hair loss, 唔駛太担心, 產後脫髮係正常現象, 事緣你有阿瀝仔時, hormone 上升, 令你髮囊數量增加, 頭髮, 指甲亦長得比平時快, 但生咗阿瀝仔之後, hormone冇再生產, 髮囊冇晒hormone support, 會立刻令髮囊 closed up... 所以頭髮會loss得好快...loss 到好似光頭晒, 呢個period長短因人而異, 有人只loss小小, 全完唔覺, 但亦有人loss足9個月到hormone 水平返到去normal... 但可以講一句, 再出嘅頭髮, 髮質通常會靚啲.. ^o^...抱住平常心吧, 另外, 可以剪短頭髮, 咁會令頭髮得到多啲養份..

佢哋噚晚去JFK 坐CX返香港lu... hee 佢哋好好人, 幫我帶咗4本圖書返HK俾我個士friend呢...到佢哋入飛場時..塞袋嘢俾我, 原來係蠟腸同金華火腿 :-( :-( :-( 佢哋真係好有心... 我從未喺BK 提過我喺new york買唔到靚嘅金華火腿呢.... 好感動!!
