As you know, a massive earthquake hit Tohoku area in Japan and we got a horrible damage that we have never had. Also we have a terrible situation of the nuclear plant.
Fortunately, Hokkaido didn’t have a big damage from this disaster, especially inland area of Hokkaido such as Sapporo area didn’t have any damage and no different than before. Actually our offices open as usual and our life is nothing to change after this disaster. Hokkaido has not had a report about a radioactive pollution so far and we have enough foods, water and electricity as usual. Also Fuel cost doesn’t push up too high and we have enough fuel so we don’t have to wait in line.
Unhappily, we still need to pay extra attention to nuclear plant.
We really appreciate so many people and countries help, work and also pray for Japan.
We really hope to see you again in Hokkaido in the near future.
