About the agency fee, it depends, most agency can usually provide 2 yrs guarantee, if any change of maid within 2 yrs, charge back only the document fee, around several hundred,
For my case, the agent didn’t charge me any wor, but of course I need to pay the flight ticket to the maid for returning Philippines.
