While on the escalator, I was thinking of my lunch (very hungry!).
That's why I choose Tower 2 which is much closer to the mall. Actually, I like SunShineCity Phase 5 area 12xx sq inch, the partition is very good and link up to the mall. But, the rental is quite high.
I've seen a flat 8xx sq inch at SunShineCity Phase 4 Tower M, the rental is 11000 (excl car park). So, VA is much cheaper than SSC.
The area of VP, BayCrest, etc, all of them are new apartments. But in SSC and VA, the mall, the park and the (mini!) beach all are in walkable distance. The most important, my boss (husby) prefer VA.
Trouble........
The most highest rental in MOS area should be Villa Oceania.
