FROG 目的唔係心口掂地下, 係 肚, 三角位同大腿內側全掂地下, 我估計 a & p 堂果個唔係frog, 係咪好似 child pose, pat pat 坐位 ankles, 但兩腿 v 字打開, 雙手引向前, 心口 & 下巴掂地下呢 ?
YIN (deep stretching) 堂的 <<extended frog>>, 保持5分鐘, 對開 hip joint 係 very good 的
Steps
From a table position, slide your knees and feet wide apart. (Turn your feet outward and bring your feet in line with your knees for a more advanced stretch.) Interlace your fingers or place your palms down and bring your forearms to the ground, forming a triangle of support.
Press your forearms downward to support your weight.
Allow your pubic bone to become heavy, pressing downward.
Press the crown of your head away from your shoulders and feel the lengthening of your spine.
Press your tailbone back toward your heels.
Allow micro movements to open your hips. (Rock your hips forward and back. Circle your pelvis.
Lift and lower your tailbone.)
** Tailbone and knees should be on the same line and flat ankles **

last night I attended, wow.. like power yoga... but really good bor! as you know her class must including stretching....

But better to try wor.. cos she teaches how to breath & base lock (explain very clearly), mainly focus on warrior pose with different poses, then sun salutation. You'll feel very sore with upper arms & shoulders esp.

still can't ah, cuz my son is very sticky. whenever he wakes up, if i'm not around, he will cry and no one can comfort him except me. I already tried Cathy's kryoga sun series 2 this monday lunch time, it helps to stretch deeply but i couldn't do some of the pose like downdog with one leg putting up in the air - it's so tiring, almost kill me.
