hi . . . . my dearest maid back last nite. . . . hubby & I were so happy to see her back!!!! now. . . .everything back to normal!! 一天都光晒!!

don't do exerciese ar!! yr wound still "fresh"!! wait for 2 months 都未 late lar!! keep fit is 女人終身職業!!! 唔使急於一時 wow!!

肚 cool . . . 我都係用頭一兩個 week only!!

我搬了入wp 1星期啦
前前後後都是執屋,累死人,現在才稍為安頓

xx樂園真是好大
每次我女女經過佢都會好大聲話好"好靚呀"

yes, really!!! I think I can join lunch gathering in Sept!!!

As I'm keeping fit recently, I can lose pounds very easily... but at the same time, I can also gain pounds very easily if I eat a lot one time or two. Like last Sat & Sun, I had two buffets, after that, 5-6 pounds was gained!!! Too bad... I took 1 to 2 two weeks to lose that pounds, but just 2 meals made them back...............................

went there last weekend, quite good.......... my boy loved playing at the water world very much!!! If the check-in time could be earlier, then it will be more fun!!!:loveliness:

hahaa... can't imagine tim... were the mats all wet after the yoga class???
re: frequency
last month, did not do as much as I estimated tim... only 10 classes.......... it's really not easy to attend 20-30 times per month during summer holidays... hard to manage the time!!! anyway, should be ok starting from Sept... hehee... :)

don't do exercises la... let your wound totally recover first... no rush to keep fit la!!!

日日對住個仔,又講故事又玩遊戲,仲要每隔2小時激你一次,每次激你15分鐘,o吾悶死都激死.我個仔呢期鬧佢就"眼厲厲",好想打佢2巴再挖佢對眼出來

yes, started from July... tried 9 yoga classes & 1 dance class!!! Very nice experience!!! but I think I will never have much motivation as Rabbit has... cos I'm always too lazy...

nice to hearing that you look slimmer from others.

re : frequency
yes, I agreed.. not easy to maintain 20-30 classes per month esp in the summer time (very very hot outside).. so usually I'll go before to work or after 6pm.. that's always said the movitation is very important. So... if go with friends, you may easy to reach 20-30 classes.. but for my case.. haha.. I don't need la... cos.. can meet some new friends there.. I'm a bit talkative!!

can you imagine how many classes in July I did?.... hehe.... 46!

if you want to burn fat, dance is the 1st priority for you la... easy to burn fat if you work hard. But yoga also very important.
