Candy,
I give Jonathan a vitamins supplement now.
It just like candies and he has 1/2 piece everyday while Joanna has 1 (1 piece per day for child of 2).
It is from Nu Skin. I can give you 1 piece on Sunday and you can give Twins each 1/2 piece to see if they like it.
I have discount (quite good) to buy this.
I talked to Kent last Sunday and told him that he can try Kowloon Ling Liang Church Kindergarten. It has nursery class which is whole day and very close to your home. However, please apply earlier as the whole-day nursery class is very popular.
As advised by Esther, the school is very good and her two daughters went to that school before. They like the school very much and they are smart and polite.
era,
If you like international school, you can try ICS in Fotan. It is a very good Christian school and the school fee is very reasonable. The kids there are very happy and they can learn more about Jesus in the school. Please apply earlier as it is very very famous.
Ling Liang Kindergarten is good and they have school bus. However, only BB who reach 2 and 8 months by September 2005 is accepted. The scholl fee is not cheap. All cost is about HK$3,500 per month. It is half-day only. In addition, BB with brothers or sisters studying in the school has priority.
Usually, 800 BB fight for 60 seats.
You can go to their website to search for the details.
All doctors and nurses in Governemnt or HA hospitals and clinics are not allowed to sugget people to take medicine or vitamins supplement which is not on the Government list. Even for pregnant woman, they will tell you that no need to take 葉酸 but most of the doctors in private practice will tell you to take.
If BB eat well and balance, they can absorb all require vitamins. Too much vitamins are not good to BB even adult.
The one I mentioned only provide 1/2 of the required vitamins that we need everyday and the remianing 1/2 should be obtained via daily absorption from food and drinks.
To take or not, is up to your own decision.
In addition, there is a nursery schol runs by YMCA in Farm Road which is also quite good.
Because I have a girl of 3 who goes to kindergarten this Septemeber and went to nursery last year. I join the PTA of these schools too. (PTA = Parent and Teacher Association). In addition, I once was a teacher too.
Should you need further information or comments, you can ask me and I will try to give you the answer or ask others to help you.
