if it's broadcast drive or beacon hill then there is free shuttle to lok fu: mtr, 街市, supermarket, jusco, library, mannings.....
very covenient.

My sister had tried the free shuttle to lok fu, but she said it was quite expensive wor, and it's not so frequent. She lives near by cornwall rd. Any moms go to mongkok (near fa yuen st) wet market? Is it good choice (lot of choices, fresh, cheap)? tks!
the shuttle to lok fu mainly serve residents of beacon hill. the bus run every half hour. It's free of charge so it does save lots of money.
Other markets eg kowloon city/ MK may have more variety than Lok Fu, but Lok Fu wet market is air conditioned and good enough for me. The most important thing is that after you visited the market you can just hop on the free shuttle. Very convenient.
If we go to KC/MK wet market we have to change bus/van and not convenient at all esp when you carry all the 'fresh' meat or seafood.
It's another matter if you have your own car or chaffeur!
九龍城街市真係多好多choices! 又新鮮好多! 同埋d野又平過lok fu market. 不過你要轉多程車囉 ...(you can take the shuttle bus to lok fu and then take the van to union rd) 我呢如果想食好d (如seafoods)又有時間會自己揸車去買, 平時工人都係去lok fu咋, 因為去kln city真係幾唔方便. 話時話lok fu market有d 舖頭好衰, 有時會賣d唔新鮮野, 工人有時冇為意就中招.

我囝個batman mask在反斗城買架, 已經壞左, 依家唔見有得買, 過年前在米國又買左一個, 仲fit嘅, 不過呢幾日唔多覺, 唔知又飛左去邊
