I found 白鳯丸 quite 有效 in maintaining good health for women, and it's convinent too. But it cannot be taken during pregnancy, so I still have two boxes here.

We did not swim in LV, although the first day when we arrived, it was 100 degree

! I did not have my pregnancy swimming suit. I bought one from Target last week, but because I was too "greedy", I bought the M size instead of the S size and find it really too big la....

Have to go for an exchange before jumping into the pool!

Because of muimui's "complaint"

, I try to update my own email address book but I am not sure whether I have your email addresses. So I think of a solution here:

I set up another forum called "US mom email list". If u want to get photo, "jetso" etc. from others here, just leave me a message there. At the same time, PM me your email address. When I have gathered quite a no. and have time, I will then send out an email to ALL of u! Next time, "reply all" to that email will do the trick!

I knew that Natalie has the problem of skin rash, and I wrote something for the other mom whom has the same concern...
Not sure the information is useful or not, or may be you know all of those.. Just because we care about Natalie as well. ^o^

濕疹-- 預防方法
衣服方面需要注意的地方
*夏天︰吸汗、通爽勤換汗衣
*冬天︰儘量選用簡單的棉質衣物
*純棉衣服最恰當﹔羊毛衣物切勿直接接觸皮膚，應用棉質相隔
*避免使用強烈洗衣粉　　
在飲食方面需要注意的地方
*避免進食某些呈過敏反應的食物
*儘量避免飲食含有人造色素或防腐劑的食物或飲品(例如:叉燒、橙汁汽水)
*均衡飲食，不要養成偏食的習慣
*多吃肉類、五殼、奶類、蔬果類，可增強身體抵抗力，預防皮膚感染　　
在居住方面需要注意的地方
*保持家居清潔，減少室內塵埃飛揚，避免用地氈，應用濕布或吸塵機除去塵埃
*保持室內涼快，可開冷氣機或風扇
*避免給毛毛公仔作玩具
*儘量避免飼養有毛的寵物及種植花粉的植物（例如: 貓、狗、兔仔等等，但可以養魚）
*指甲要剪短，勸喻莫擦抓
在行爲方面需要注意的地方
*因爲濕疹引致皮膚出現紅疹及痕癢，影響外觀及心理﹔患者可解釋其無傳染性，繼續有正常的社交活動，保持身心愉快
*儘量避免有猛烈太陽時作戶外活動
*避免太熱及出太多汗
*應常用毛巾拭汗
*切勿寵壞患者，要教導如何控制情緒　　
濕疹的治療
*可使用外用或內服的藥物，主要是止痕、抗敏感、消炎及殺菌作用，例如抗生素、類固醇或高錳酸鉀藥液。使用藥物治療時需要注意的地方
１.留意對藥物的反應
２.因個別的情況不同，不要用別人的藥物
３.要按醫生的吩咐，塗藥於適當的部位、使用的次數及塗藥的份量

Thank you so much for your information regarding eczema.

Fortunately Natalie is outgrowing it. We were very concerned at first and her ped. told us how to treat it. He said on a scale of 10 being the worst, her eczema level was 2. He prescribed her some cream and taught us methods to handle her...we followed his instructions and the eczema slowly disappeared.

.. Eventhough she doesn't have it anymore, I still bathe her in baby oil, cotton clothes, and keep the home temperature comfortable. I was just concern about "rose rashes" becuz I've heard many moms talk about it. I just want to be ready when it happens...thanks again...

And yes...my grandma is really really energetic (touchwood). She goes out in the morning to do tai-chi and "6 tone kuen". She is already in her mid-70s...and still helps me take care of Natalie and cooks congee for her. She loves kids... :-P :-P :-P

Natalie is very cute, and she is very pretty. Looks like Natalie and mini-matt are good friends now. Mini-matt looks so adorable in the new pictures, especially the ones taken in the studio, he looks growing alot. Seems like he looks more chinese now than he was younger.

I asked my grandma for the congee recipe and she said she has to try it out with measurements before she can tell you. She does it old style by guessing the amount :-P :-P :-P Looks like you finally have time to upload Mini-Matt's recent albums. :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: I think him and Natalie are good friends now. I showed Natalie pictures of Mini-Matt and she giggled and babbled...

Natalie also has the Hippo walker...but she's more interested in playing with the peekablocks than walking!!!

I have always wanted to upload the new pictures to share with you gals, but have been busy at work, therefore, I haven't get a chance to do it. I will try uploading the picture once I get a chance.

The nanny is pretty good, she is very nice to the boys. My in-laws have met the nanny at the memorial week, and they loves the nanny.

BTW, my boys are up and walking now for about 2-3 weeks.

all LA/ Ny moms,
I have rev'ed your pics. you guys are all pretty and skinny heheheh..

Ryan had that shaking again on sunday, so we brought him to see another ped who's introduced by Nillie. The dr. referraled ryan to see a specialist. At first we thought that ryan may have to wait to see the speicalist til we get back from LA since ppl said that brain dr's are very bz, but luckily they have an opening yesterday so we went to see her. The dr. said that it might not be seizure since bb always have shakings while falling asleep. She referraled Ryan for an EEG to make sure if it was seizure.
After days of visiting doctors last week, I am all exhuasted.. I hope Ryan is gonna be alright w the test which is scheduled at the end of july.
Girls, we're leaving on thrusday. I cant wait to see my parents/ sis/ bro and my bb niece. SoOOo happy.

Natalie will walk while holding on to the coffee table...recently, she has been trying to stand and balance w/o holding onto anything...she gets so excited doing that...I think she feels proud of herself :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

I told my grandma that Mini-Matt enjoyed her congee...she said she will make more for him the next time we meet up

Similar to Mini-Matt, Natalie does not like the congee I made for her...so I gave up a long time ago. She only eats her greatgrdma's congee

... so u shouldn't feel bad.
