Hi tazmanic,

我這裡好像軍營, Managerial grade 不需打卡, 但經理們遲到receptionist會俏俏地寫下, 然後給女魔頭.
女魔頭及CEO對已婚及有小朋友的下屬有偏見, 覺得她們not capable and cannot stay longer hours at work. I am classified to be in this category. So I can leave on time (before 6:00pm) but 工作性質就是好騎呢, 所有濕碎及煲無米粥的projects, 就是我去跟.
上星期六見到公司出ad請Marketing Services Manager for all A&

programs, 其實我勝任有餘, 只是女魔頭覺得我不會去搏呢!

I feel too boring on this job that I don't want to come to work every day

:-( :-( . I am thinking to quit first before finding another job.

Thanks for your advice. I am not worrying that I can't find a marketing job if I quit first. I am worrying most that I can't find a marketing job at least with the pay equal to my current one.

I find that the salary level in the job market is still quite low.

希望你今天不用work late. I think to leave around 7:00pm is reasonable. But working till 9:00pm everyday is too tough. Not just mentally, physically is also hard to manage.

The awareness level of your company's products seems lower in these one or two years. Cutting A&

budget

There is no hope for my company to have 5-day work. My big boss is too stubborn & so many old staff willing to support the old system. My big boss has many toys in the company. We have a so-called Club house in the office building. The newly hired Manager worked 2 days & quitted. I am as usual need to take care of this toy. Inside the Club House, we have members (less than 500), a restaurant, a shop. I need to take care of them but CEO's ideas keep changing every minute... so very hard to satisfy his request.

BTW, I don't think to separate the A&

functions from product management can work. So for the new post (marketing services), I wonder how to work it out.

My devil head is the head of all staff (including HR). She hasn't told me about the new post, so I dare not 揭穿, 如果我問, 她會知我在搵工.

Just received a call from a fashion group. They ask me to go for job interview next Wed. At least get some hope... Need to do some research from web about this group & the brands.
