My OB told me this is better to have 2nd bb at 1 1/2 yr later. Otherwise, you must delievery your 2nd bb by C-Se again.
I didin't have any staple in my belly. but don't know this time

醫院佢地有同我個 B女申請 ﹐我打過電話去醫院問 ﹐ 不過佢地話要大約 3 個月先至寄到俾我 ﹐ 因為佢地會送去 BALTIMORE 個總部到做 ﹐ 而佢地做野好慢 ﹐ 所以要慢慢等 ﹗ :-( 跟住就會幫 Evie 女申請個 Passport! Hurrah! 咁我就有機返香港飲奶茶食四寶河 ﹗ Yeah!

唔係呀 ﹐ 我係用倉頡 ﹗ 我以前係香港有兼職打中文。

好﹐ 我會試下搵下隻金裝奶茶 ﹐ 我以前有帶 "大排檔 " 茶包過黎 ﹐ 但係幾年前飲晒就無再買 ﹐ 因為飲得太快俾阿媽鬧到七彩 ﹐ 阿媽話我中奶茶毒 ﹐ 傷身喎 ﹐ 咁之後返香港佢又成日陪住我﹐ 所以偷唔到雞去超市買 ﹗

我老公唔識講廣東話 ﹐ 佢就係識講 "Kung Hey Fat Choi" in English! 哈 ﹗ 教極佢都講唔到 ﹐ 我就放棄左佢 ﹐ 寄望個女學到講中文同我嗲啦 ﹗

mrs yip: ah, my C-section wound still hurt if I lift heavy stuff.. it is red, and raised, so it looks very ugly. My mom said it is because I didn't "sit moon"

I am not going to have a 2nd BB la, so I am not worrying about it too much. My sister in law is a pharmacist and she gave me a cream to reduce scars and stretch marks. It is called Mederma. I saw it in Target.

Clara: Lipton Milk Tea is also pretty good. I also asked my mom to bring 大排檔, but I also drank them all in the office in 2 weeks!

Luckily there is a HK style cafe near my office so I can go there and drink milk tea. But it is expensive tho - $2.50

whalebb: I pm you my cell phone la. Fat Bean is making a lot of trouble, just like Hayden B! My company is going to a conference in LA in the end of April ar... I wish I can go..

jaan: yeah, I wish I can come back to HK earlier but because I am still waiting for my greencard and Hayden B is too young to take long plane ride. Besides, I don't get a lot of vacations from my company. :-( :-(

你有冇自己整 D 好野俾自己食 ﹐ 湯水之類 ﹐ 坐月會俾時間你休息 ﹐ 不過唔郁條腰骨又會生硬 ﹐ 我係呢邊坐月係自己照顧自己 ﹐ 食旦又飲奶 ﹐ 又有日日食維他命丸 ﹐ 自己沖 D 紅棗水 ﹐ 煮薑茶 ﹐ 食多 D 有營養既野會幫助傷口恢服。雖然我唔係開刀生 BB﹐但係我諗大家過左咁多營養俾個 BB﹐ 都係一養要補補佢 ﹐ 唔係會好易老 ﹗

Clarab: Arh, I didn't know what to do in "sit moon" when I had my BB.. my mom was in HK. My hubby doesn't know how to cook. I was BF with my BB so now BB is very healthy... but now I get sick very easily and feel lack of energy! :-( :-( I was taking vitamins though. Will drinking gingseng tea help? I hope it is not too late to 補 la!
Do you live near Baltimore?

I am not close to Baltimore, about 1 1/2 hour drive. That's why I have to cook chinese food by myself all the times! Gingseng tea help, Ginger tea is good too. I am BF too, but gingseng and ginger will not hurt the baby, that's why i keep having those. eat more chicken la.. lots of protein... milk and egg are very good too... keep eating!

Mederma - isn't work? It maybe I try to buy it later. What do you do? Are you busying in work? If you go to LA for conference, do you have free hotel? My sis-in-law go to somewhere meeting, her company will supply hotel and meal, so she will eat and live she like. :-P
