I used OSIM 電子磅... i don't know if it is good or not as i have bought it few years ago... it can calculate fat % as well.. but the fat % i got from OSIM is higher than the fat % i measured at MSL... strange.. so i just use MSL fat % as my indication...
Today & tomorrow i have DRUM meal as i ate too much last 2 weeks!
I need to lose 33 lbs... but my plan is 5+2... i still have 2.5 months to lose weight before i start maintenance period... hope u will succeed la!

I have lost 17lbs. so far, still have 16lbs. to lose in next 2.5 months... i should complete my weight loss before Christmas... this is the target for myself!

U can try LM meal every Monday as u will eat more on weekend, so LM meal is good for Monday ....
Do u have other meals even less food than LM meal? So far LM meal is the least food i can eat per day! U can also eat more sandwich meal yourself, good start to lose weight!
